no criteria nothing. 3% down ki kooda illu istaru. just main tain some good credit

define big banks? most banks / mortgage lenders will approve for h1b as long as we provide them with the documents. 20% is not mandatory but it will help with no pmi & also with lowering your monthly payment as no pmi. Certains banks like ThirdFederal, WellsFargo & some lenders still with 15% down provide loans with no pmi.
