Attorney General of the state is appointed by state governor and its a constitutional position. State gov is bjp guy then how can state govt influence HC appointments, to that matter to the extend of removal Quote

If I'm not wrong, today's hearing lo CJI himself was involved. CJI and president ante as you know it's all at central level. As a CM, u can try being in their good books but they have no obligation towards you. Quote
