Ramudi ki image different bro and Rama's life in Ramayana is the highest level benchmark for any man to follow or adhere to. Ayodhya temple was destroyed and a mosque was built and that's where the sentiments are hurt, such injustice hasn't happened to  Lord Krishna's temples. To add to, when we hear things like "Sita mayya ka Rasoi . . . and all. . " we become more emotional. . . 

For that matter, ippudu Ramudi temples kante Vinayaka, Venkateshwara/Balaji, Ammavaari temples kadha newly built chesthunnaru south lo. Not sure about North. 

Old temples built/developed by kings ante Jyothir lingaalu, shakti peetaalu, Narasimha swamy temples like Ahobilam, Simhachalam etc.,

Krishna cult actually Gujarat Lo chala ekuva...Northern plains lo still Lord aram de upper hand. 
 

If you observe some common salutations, Gujjus prefer to say ‘Jai Shri Krishna’ where as Northies start with ‘Jai ram ji ki” , “Ram Ram”

Bro shahi idhgah mosque was also built breaking temples but Krishna temple was again funded by wealthy merchant families,but no people movements 

Infact Kashi vishawanth temple also broken and built gyanvapi mosque, even before some years quarrels happen btw pissfuls and hindus
