naa first job lo 6 months contract annaaru - manaki first job kaabatti thondharaga cheyakapothe theesestharemo ani chesina. 1 month lo ayipoyindhi,  cheppesaaru nee work done ani - A very valuable lesson learnt.

Maybe they have little kids at home. With schools and day cares being closed it is very hard for them to work when the kids are active. Try to be compassionate and share their user story/tasks to get the work done in these times.

Yes it does but not to work in weekends ! lol all desis on Monday morning scrum... I worked in weekend to finish so n so task ani cheputharu.. adey vomericans they won’t say...work culture motham Nakichesaru
