Like every work visa holder including L-1s should be wage level 3+. 6) Employees who been working in EVC-Employer Vendor Client model should have two LCAs-Labor Condition Applications. Means one should be applied by employer and other should be from client. Many clients not even willing to give client letters. How can they sign LCA and become liability for a contractor? 7) Clear definition of Skilled Worker definition and eligibility requirements of Skilled Worker. 😎 Limit H-1B validity for max 2 years instead of 3 years.
