Haha IV is trying to create panic.

USCIS has not transferred any EB visa numbers to State Dept. for last 2 months

just this one statement shows how they are trying to create fear and collect funds. Uscis does not transfer anything it is other way they just ask for numbers from state department if there are visas available DOS grants a visa. But DOS checks every month with USCIs what is the available demand and move dates.

I replied almsot same words in IV telegram group from one of the lawyer. But they deleted my comments immediately and blocked me 😀
