Cool...I am a yoyo guy...sudden ga full diet and exercise chesta and 2-3 months tagguta and I will fit into smaller size pants and throw away big size clothes and then 3rd month will start celebrating my weight loss and by 5th month I will be back to normal and even more than original weight and then I wish I hadn't thrown away my fat clothes lol Quote

I started taking brown rice and quinoa combo and instead of sugar in tea taking sugar alcohol (erythrol) . Trying to hit 10k steps each day. Quote
