Bro .. ela poke chesthunandhuku em anukoku but I know 9/10 people who did this and they worked hard and today sucessful ga own interviews crack chesthunaru.. atleast mana indians aithey ela job techukunna a tarvtha job meeda work chesi subject nerchukuntaru from what I have seen.. 

and antha exp undi talented person ki elaghaina job vasthundi so vallaki etu vanti prob undadhu .. it is only these people who need help at initial step..

My masters was in Mixed signal circuit design. Worked on it as well after graduation for a bit. Good to see an RTL guy here. Still got lots of friends who are into hardware design

I understand your point and agree with you but i cant understand why that candidate cannot work hard NOW for the interview.

Sare bro the candidate is desperate but shouldn't the candidate have worked hard in the first place to get better. If the candidate was good enough opportunity would've knocked on the doors.
