when 50% - 80% people are complicit in killing for their fellow humans, the word justice loses it meaning by then.

people who survive a genocide, through sheer luck, will have to live alongside those did the genocide, who are soaked in blood and completely unrepentent.

I think at that point, a man experiences either complete resignatin of his status in the society, or go for broke in getting 'his revenge'.

not only justice, but ethics break down too at that point.

for the most part, man is protected from the vagaries of nature, and lives inside his communal bubble.

but everything he develops inside that bubble is literally useless, when sh1t hits the fan.

When everyone in the population helps in carrying out the genocide, justice becomes meaningless, and not even desirable.

because how can you take revenge on everyone? This is depressing.
