@Silverado May be you are not aware of things that have happened before and why Chenna Reddy acted to get in movie industry to Hyd...There are different reasons for that..!!!

@Silverado Have you heard the name Kakarla Subba Rao ? TANA founding member and NIMS director, the same guy who have mental certificate to Bala Krishna ? TANA, ATA and NTR etc...A series of incidents happened with all these having a stake, fueled Chenna Reddy to making serious attempts to invite the industry to Hyderabad

It all started with Chenna Reddy’s USA visit and faced insult in US with so called Telugu organizations, who have welcomed NTR with grand welcome and paltry welcome for A CM. Those days TANA was the only umbrella organization for Telugu’s in USA and called for another organization and so ATA was formed.

After returning back to Hyd, Chenna Reddy made attempts to move the film fraternity to Hyd and gave lands for studios and home sites for artists.

Interestingly, you will not find the Nandamuri vamsham a beneficiary in such allotments and it was no accident. Even NTR’s own house in Jubilee Hills was purchased by himself but not allowed to him.

Lot of history behind such moves man..
