Inka nayam chacha nehru ni blame cheyala! There is a limit to andha bhaktism, blind following.

The deal - from start to finish

2001: India decides to buy 126 fighter jets to strengthen its air force

No tenders issued by then bjp

2007: Tenders are issued

2008: Companies such as America's Boeing, Russia's United Aircraft Corporation, Sweden's Saab and France's Dassault put in bids

2012: Dassault, which submitted the lowest bid, is shortlisted

2014: The deal is put on hold as the BJP's Narendra Modi becomes PM

he wanted reliance ambani to get the crony capitalism money as usual putting national securuty at risk.

2015: During his visit to France, Mr Modi announces India's decision to buy 36 "ready to fly" Rafale jets

Note this: this is the weakest indian airforce in indian history. Even weaker than 1965 nehrus era. This is not me saying.. The air chief himself delivered this statement when we had 31 squadrons. Now it is dropped 29 squadrons.

We need minimum of 42 squadrons to be a full strength.

As fighter strength dips below 1965 level, Air chief vows to fight with 'whatever we have'

Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh

Synopsis

Indian Air Force's combat strength is at a historic low with only 31 squadrons. Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh emphasised adaptation with available assets while pushing for faster LCA production. The decline in force is due to retiring Soviet fighters and delayed replacements. He insisted on timely LCA deliveries and involving private sector for future needs

The new-type DF-5C liquid-fueled intercontinental strategic nuclear missile made its debut at China's V-day military parade on Wednesday to mark the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. An expert told the Global Times that this missile has an estimated range of more than 20,000 kilometers, and has advantages in defense penetration and precision.

The newly debuted DF-5C liquid-fueled intercontinental strategic nuclear missile has the entire globe under its strike range. It stands on guard at all times to effectively deter, preventing wars through force and helping stabilize the world.

DEFENCE SECURITY ASIA) – Pakistan has dramatically escalated its claims regarding the May air confrontation with India, with retired Lieutenant General Khalid Kidwai declaring that the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) not only shot down three but four Dassault Rafale fighter jets, releasing the tail numbers of the downed aircraft.

Is This Our Best Look At China’s Tailless J-XDS Stealth Fighter?

The images, if authentic, provide us with by far the clearest view of the J-XDS and answer at least one important question.

Condolences for the pilot.

Poor leadership is going on with IAF and HAL. They are sabotaging themselves delays upon delays, news of manufacturing defects by HAL, lacking maintenance by IAF. At this point they just need to shut shop.

Like I said with the number of crashes in the past decade they better shut shop. All they are doing is killing our pilots. 104 crashes in the past decade, on an average 9 pilots die every year.

No accountability or reality check.

This will also impact exports of tejas. Chapter closed
