I have seen approve aina cases. Usually RFE padthadhi malla

time ante any where between 3 to 6 months pattochu

if ur H1 is denied..then no need to worry...u have to come staright to india(if ur I-94 is expired)

  Else U can file for Motion to reopen(MTR)...Most desi employers will not  do MTR isnce they have to share sensitive data with USCIS...so they will ask u to leave US
