Planning to move to new technology

current tech/exp. is around 8yrs...also GC appudu current tech experience letter use chesaru

nenu chese daanlo (BI) market antha baaledhu..I have Cloud cert and few other techs knowledge, but debating which stream to go?

hows the experience if anyone moved to new tech (or developer) as a entry level, after working in other stream?

Bro i would suggest not to shift new tech which is not related to your background. nenu BI tools mida work chestuna last 8 years nuchi, i agree BI field is not long term . every year new tool vastundi and you have to learn that BI tool. my suggestion is to learn ETL tools since you know DW concepts and know all the concepts of BI and how ETL works. nenu job start chesinapudu nuchi chustuna Informatica or other etl tools (Alteryx, Datastage etc) demand matram emi down kaledu. If you have ETL and BI background FTE jobs decent good pay scale tho vastayi. I did the same thing every 1 or 2 years new tool add chesukuntuna.
