as of today yes. Outside ante malli Europe ki velli return US ki raalevu unless if you are US citizen. India aithe Ok. But cases increasing a lot in India so coming days lo temp. ban ante emi cheyyalemu

If you have Valid Visa Stamping in your Passport . The answer is YES you can travel to INDIA and come back. But be prepared for quarantine in India and surrendering your passport for 15 days from the date of arrival in India.

All the above told is keeping INDIA In mind. Europe I don’t think you can travel freely as of now
