I am  looking for technology change , which one will be better bro (  Salesforce Developer   Vs Mulesoft Developer ) , antey project stability wise, Project after completion for new project.

Mulesoft tried but didn’t get much calls. 
 

mule -> easy ne but opportunities wise, SF is better.

Learn Java and cloud based technologies .  Mulesoft is overrated and has not many jobs . Instead java with cloud based unte lots of opportunities

Try to get into SF QA position like the one I shared below first. With that experience and skills/certification you can try for SF developer roles later. This will be a better transition.

SF is okay not bad. Ippudu market lo ye technology meedha calls ekkuva levu - so repetitive positions vasthunnaayi, anthey.

 

calls wise, DevOps is good.
