krrish4u Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 i think if perm is approved before his 6th year h1b expiration based on that then he can get one year h1b extension....so with in that one year if he gets i140 approved then no issues with further extensions.... ask him to discuss this with attonery Quote
