సాక్షి, హైదరాబాద్‌: తెలంగాణలో కరోనా పాజిటివ్‌ కేసుల సంఖ్య 10 వేలు దాటింది. గడిచిన 24 గంటల్లో రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 4,069 కరోనా నిర్ధారణ పరీక్షలు చేయగా 891 పాజిటివ్‌ కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి.
