ok...protests are one of the reason..agree..and few tella people also refusing to wear protective gear in the name of freedom or covidiot reasons...etc. All of them are responsible for this second spike...

president is the one who should be sensible at this time...did you see him wearing any mask ...he is the one encouraging covidiots not to wear masks and promoting wrong drug hydroxychloroquine...etc
