Spillway panulu start cheste project 70% ayipotunda? I have spoken multiple times to the engineers on the project. The maximum work done during the last 5 years can be at the top 15%. So, I am not sure what is your basis of saying 70% completion. I have a resident expert on Polavaram at home. My dad's PhD thesis was on interlinking of rivers in India and particularly on Godavari and Polavaram Basin. So, I am confident that CBN 70% complete cheyyaledu.
