If it is reliable then may be bcoz, hyderabad is a city and the Vizag here is given as a district. as i see the rest of the names listed are districts..

vizag has got more employment from the begining..  and its a huge base for many of the trading happening in our costal area apart from this its a tourist place...  so there r gud chances of this city to compete with hyd...  sHa_high5ing sHa_high5ing
