True. But if companies relax rules for few days work from home in a week in future then that will decrease demand for areas like hi-tech city etc since there is no need to stay near offices. And some people might prefer staying in low cost areas to save some money.

Right now probably big number of bachelors who are software engineers, students etc might have vacated their homes and gone to native places. This might be because of that. 

Also lot of layoffs in many companies and businesees, that might forced some families to move back home.
