Or else your extension denial starts from LCA not from I-129(H-1/L-1 petition) extension as  DOL implementing new process to cleanup all low salary and low technology petitions by simply denying or raising bar for H-1/L-1 requirements. These new requirements are as per current market conditions from recent president proclamation.
