So chala mandi WITCH employees filed for labor at bare minimum pay scale for H1Bs in the last 10-15 years or so, avanni malli re-certify cheyinchali ani rule testhey close to 90% of their labor certifications might be denied this time.

It's not a bad news for people making an above average wage and having good experience but it will hurt WITCH employees since they are paid bare minimum wages for H1Bs and also some recent college graduates perhaps.

This is quite possible bro and it will actually filter scrap and helps genuine filings. Fake pakodi consultancies through and witch companies filings maximum egiripotharu... this helps lot of people waiting in line who are qualified and genuinely following all H1B rules

Labor re certify rule has to go by Senate or uscis rule making process ?

If through Senate it will never happen. If through uscis rule making process it will take years.

They will issue them in the order of who gets paid highest gets the first pick. Then most of WITCH employees making bare minimum as per the wage standards will get flushed out
