Flights to India with Current situation--URGET Please

Hello, Any one or anyone one you know traveled to India in phase 3 Vande Mataram flights. My in-laws are stuck here. What is the current process? Can we directly book flight on air india website and go to airport or do we need any paperwork from Indian consulate? Also looks like the flights are only till Delhi. So should I book separate ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad on domestic flights? what about luggage policy if we book separate domestic separately. Also do we need to quarantine in Delhi or Hyderabad? How do we book hotels for quarantine. Please share any recent experiences

Reach out to Indian embassy and they have all the info and check air India web sites for flights info

yes they have to Delhi and connecting flight to hyd... quarantine at hyd only but your own expenses..

if it’s not emergency apply for b1 extension and within a month or two everything should calm down...

Tried bhayya,, call connect avvadam ledu indian embassy, voice mail ki potondi.. air india vallu okkoti cheptunnaru.. sent email to indian embassy..waiting for reply

There are some WhatsApp groups Bro, I posted a thread with all the info few weeks back... you should join them to get latest updates... let me search it for you

Hi bro,

I would suggest follow air India on FB, they put a lot of updates of when the flights will start and you can book accordingly, these are rules when booking who can book and all, I did the other way from India to us and i booked through website, but us to India competition ekkuva ane vinna, good luck to you bro, about safety , all flights are safe.

Join “SOS Global Indians” Facebook group. You will find all the info.

* Try business class if you can afford it.

* If not, pay extra for seat selection and select the economy rows immediately after the business class. Entire process will be faster.
