eh1 submission decision help

ma thamudu ki this is third time consecutive  picked up kani his Ahole employer (A) wont submit to his R.eF.eE because coincidentally he was not on project for last 2 time when it was due for R.eF.eE response. don't curse for not changing employer.

 

ipudu 2 vesthe both 2 pick ochinai. this emp A fellow has submitted the docs and lottery 2 employer  lets say EmpB is ready to submit if we pay the fee(obviously) as future employer.

do you guys suggest to go ahead and submit docs for lottery 2 by today or skip the 2nd one if it might harm more.
