Buying home vs townhouse vs condo

Definitely home is the best option. What is your location ?  Interest rate is 2.5% for 30 yrs now . Go for it . You will never regret and enjoy the luxury.

Its a matter of money kada. baga dabbulu unte home. Koncham takkuva unte townhouse and inka takkuva unte condo

Interest in yard work or need privacy or high clean up duties go for home.. Ledante  townhouse/condo should be good..just make sure townhouse/condos are rentable without any restrictions.. association vallu chebutaru..

I would go for a townhouse if I were you, personally I wouldn't go for condo for the condo fees which I feel literally waste of money as you are not paying towards any equity of the property.

dont buy a condo, extra charges untai waste ga. Its better to pay 50k extra and go for a townhome. Monthly payment will be same. Condo lo maintainace charges ani anavasaranga untai

town home and condo is ok if its brand new and low HOA. in future when you plan kids give this to rent and take a bg home . you will have a rental property and  equity building .

 

home - not much . its your home permanent. . If you have money go for it . but If you just starting out i would go to  a townhome or condo .
