trust me I had single family, when we had no kids, its just waste of investment... you will be paying extra taxes for the land you own. just get the condo or if you want little luxury  go for townhouse... appreciation is little higher than single family...but renting the house is alway better...

Ihave the same opinion bayya

Cumming ani oka oorilo mana desi santa undi

Don't go to Cumming. It is strictly for 35+ uncles and aunties with kids going to school. There is no life in Cumming.

As an owner of two town homes in Alpharetta I can clearly tell you, townhomes and condos take a long time to sell but they are easy to rent. If possible look for something around Avalon Alpharetta. it is a trendy place with good shopping ,dining and entertainment options. You can also look at Halcyon(still upcoming) but has good prospects.

It all depends on how much space you need.. like if you have 2 kids.. house is better any given day

If its just you and your wife.. go for townhouse.. you dont need to pay unnecessary high property taxes, home insurance premiums, maintenance, lawn moving.
