AT&T worst customer service ... vadu bill ni collections ki pampadu how to handle this

Account eppudo cancel chesa and also device kuda return icha within a week of opening the account. I got it at costco and the Costco idiot did not send the device to ATT warehouse for over 3 months and now collections called me and said ATT sent my bill of over 1250 (andulo 1100 is phone value) to collections. 
Costco vaditho call chepicha ... they told ATT that its not the customer mistake over a  month ago .. ATT said they will take care of it.. today again collections called me and said ATT has not responded and I am getting calls from collections to pay... how to handle this... any suggestions please...

chesa bro... almost 2 to 3 times.. they opened a case and they escalated it twice to high priority still nothing happened... collections guy waited over a month after ATT assured they will take care of it.. today they called me and said like a final notice before they put this on my Credit ... and I am not sure what to do... called ATT again they said 3-5 days they will fix it... this is third time they said within 3-5 days they will fix but not done shi@t

adey artham kavaltedu bro.. what if ATT doesnt pay back to me ? 

1 month back conference lo aa debt collector vallani ATT vallani conference lo petti matladicha.. they assured this will be taken care of within 3-5 business days and after 5 weeks the debt collections company called and asking for payment ... malli ivvala ATT ki call chesa they are saying they have everything to prove there is no fault of yours and we have sent to manager for approval... 2-3 days lo fix aythadi ani...
