the virus will be stored in a deep freezer.

the idea is to come up with a way to transform everyone at the chromosomal level. give all men the option of transforming into a female 

but we won't tell why.. because then all asshole men will exploit that opportunity.

once we've given enough time for all good chromosomes to be xx, then we release the virus and kill all the ys.

tough luck for women who want to be men.. may be they'll be allowed to become males for 8hrs a day everyday. but only after alll the ys are destroyed.
