We are dealing with a problem of a kind which we never experienced before...ie scale and magnitude across the globe is insane..

we really need to break those laws and go ahead with vaccine trails in a way that has not been practiced before..lekapothey ie civilised society dealing with problems anedaniki ardham vundadu, rule of law and authority is useless. we need to adhere and update laws and rules as per the need ae kani these rules and laws should not decide the outcome.
