Graduated from the great Carnegie Mellon university and a post graduate of Stanford , left the job in world bank for our motherland ... best IT minister India ever have ... But still he respect everyone including his opponents . Guru pournami lokesh babu

Seems like nice person, even though he looks like not very competent enough.
