H1b extension approvals in premium ela unnay?

Hi All,

Wanted to check how are the H1b approvals currently.. Will be filing in premium this week.. Client letter ledu because of company policy.. But Manager letter undi stating they cannot provide client letters ani..

Applied  on 22nd ..Got approval  on 30th -- last month...3 yrs approval

oh yeah attorneys ki client letter vasthadhi  antay force chestharu .... naku dec 20 2020 varaku echadu cleint letter but approval dec 31 2022 vachindhi as my employer applied only for dec 31 2020..

Same here.. Ma attorney was asking about client letter, company policy is not to provide client letter, so manager email rasi ichindu and dhani tho apply chesthunna,

My Experience

Every Case is Unique in its own way

Cannot Dance because all are getting approvals or people stating in here or somewhere on Forums

Cannot cry because of the facts I know about people who just got the other things ( RFE, Denial )

Stick to Reality 

me too converted to premium without client letter and got approval and also @Sarvapindi sir vaadu, a little before than mine and suggested one another person in DB to convert to Premium ASAP which he might have probably addressed

so looking at what 'I Personally See', there are approvals coming through recently.

it is also not to be construed as a fact and to be taken with a pinch of salt, as we are just some random individuals who got lucky, if that thought even ceases to exist in such a context of this discussions, for that matter.

 

My suggestion would be to upgrade to premium before whole hell breaks loose

Also depends on the service center

myself and @Sarvapindi got approvals from Vermont and the other guy we suggested as well who is in this DB also
