I brought lands since many years in hyd and some other places, the new name given to this is land banking, of course buying a land is not new norm but i see there is huge investments pouring in and around and surrounding areas in hyd, some of us gets good returns if planned well and on growth potential but i also observed many who just do the dead investments and doesn't get even the principle.

The brokerage or agents are now in another level of looting, there is a min 2% or 1% commission ,due to the huge demand the builders or the venturists are quoting skyroketting prices without any regulations or checks in proportion the greed levels are growing. 

This is high time especially for NRIs to think about it, some are buying in surplus and some are becoming the victims of boom. In turn creating bunch of marons in the society, you hardly see any proper infrastructure, roads and minimum facilities but the prices goes high high and high. 

When I see most of these real estate guys or for that matter even the society, these guys are literally screwing up everything, even the teenage class is so so greedy and they r learning the ways to squeeze money from the innocent as well as greedy investors especially NRIs. 

Do you really think this all worth it, it's high time to not create the demand and give a death blow to this real estate mafia. Think about it you can become rich in so many other ways, don't give the society a path to create a scope for brokers and goons. 

This post is not for the people who have Consulatanices, businesses or filthy rich in USA, this is for the ass slogging paycheck to paycheck NRIs who's hard earnings are targetted by these real estate goons, brokers, agents and this mafia.think wisely before you invest , don't create a panic demand In real estate, your hard earnings are commissions and free moneys for these agents. You are making them rich while slogging your ass here.

Land will always be the best investment in india for next 20-30 years . Millions of people will move to cities and want homes just like China.

We are 20 years behind china in most spheres , it's only natural we follow their curve . I know it is sort of a bubble but it's a bubble based on sentiments .

Most political parties and their friends earn money through real estate , that's the main reason why they only wish to generate jobs in mega cities .  80% of people in Mumbai /delhi don't even earn 15000 rs per month and look at those places real estate prices , third wolrd infra at first world prices .

 

Unless a civil war or nuclear war happens , real estate will keep growing at same rates .
