We are 20 years behind china in most spheres , it's only natural we follow their curve . I know it is sort of a bubble but it's a bubble based on sentiments .

Most political parties and their friends earn money through real estate , that's the main reason why they only wish to generate jobs in mega cities .  80% of people in Mumbai /delhi don't even earn 15000 rs per month and look at those places real estate prices , third wolrd infra at first world prices .

 

Unless a civil war or nuclear war happens , real estate will keep growing at same rates .
