Of course..I have been following these stuff perhaps, I have personally seen the work done by BRO, scaled up to 12,000 feet on roads paved by BRO.

Infact India la terrain conditions la roads vese satha evarikaina vunte adi BRO ne...Those guys are amazing..!!!
