I came to us to study and never with witch companies. Started my career as intern and then FT. Andaru fake petti jobs kodataru ani judgement pass cheyaku. H1 s ni kuda majority IT firms cheap ga pattukostaru ani ante ela kalutado, fake petti jobs ante maku kalthadi.

exactly this mentality is what is delaying GC for people on H1-B as well. Evadu ye status lo undi ye job cheste neeku enduku vayya, think about yourself and upgrade your skills to stay up to date and compete in job market. if you do that you will have a job on whatever status you are on, even if that status only accounts for 1% of the US job market.
