No matter how critical we claim to be, every company can run without a given employee. Everyone is replaceable. Even Steve jobs is replaced. Is it effective? May be not but company moves.

neeku telini prapancham kuda untundhi man... neeku telsiina vallu or neeku rakapothya athanu edho pudingu  ani chepthunadu ga  leave it ... i saw people work continuosly for 14 hours .... my brother code rasthadu  thousands of lines  meetings lo unappudu ...he works 14 hours a day .... ofcourse money kuda alaney vasthudnhi  but we need to give respect man... end of the day he is also replaceable but thousands  of dollars loss vastahdhi company ki  ....
