H1 used to be clean until consultancies and fake candidates started exploiting it to the extent that people think that most of the H1Bs are not high skilled.

You seem to have a very narrow definition of illegal immigrants, are day 1 CPT students taking American jobs legal? I would say they are legal until they get caught. Are F1 students working part-time driving Uber and working in 7/11, they are clearly illegal, under a mask of legal immigration. Ofcourse they are taking daily wages and denying the employment to American workers. By curbing legal immigration, and restricting how many people can immigrate, they can curb job loss for American workers.
