Due to corona virus many people in madhapur ,hitech city,gachibowli vacated their apartments and hostels and left to home towns which led to empty houses.I fore see that for next 2 years corona will stay with us and many IT companies will give WFH option

Coming to shadnagar there are many pharmaceutical companies around it,and due to huge demand for medicines for next 2 years there will be more hiring in pharmaceutical companies.I think investing in shadnagar is not a bad idea

Pharma city bogas ....inka akkada emledu.....many pharma companies already established around shadnagar surroundings....

Amazon odi data center kuda adane vastundi...kothur-pargi road la Amazon Data center...

ie area la suryalakshmi spinning mills odu 15 acres konnadu and supposed to start cotton mill...not sure what the situuation now..

Shadnagar to Jadcharla daggara unnayi pahrma companies. Kothur and Nandigam daggar aunnavi anni Junk companies...Pollution untadi
