India is where china was 30 years ago, the growth in India is just going to implode. China’s city dwellers  have turned from owning independent houses to live in mega skyscrapers now. Every year millions of people in India are moving upwards i.e.from below poverty line to middle class sections. Everyone’s aspiration is to own a home and that is what is going to drive the demand. We will see a big boom in the manufacturing sector and we will some cities/states grow prosperous in no time

2010 to 2014 huge downtrend in Hyderabad real estate , TRS government gave stability and then it naturally took off . 

Even to this date 90% of Andhra sectariat employee families are unwilling to move from Hyderabad . Even 50% of old AP politicians are staying in Hyderabad along with their families

Most of new batch from YCP don't have any stake in Hyderabad , they seem to be staying in their perspective constituencies . 

The old congress batch seems to prefer Hyderabad with few exceptions like botsa .

All TDP seniors are staying in Hyderabad and even their descendants like to stay there .

A developer took our land in Kokapet for development in 2009 and gave 2 villas in exchange. In 2015 each villa was worth 1.5c. Now each villa is worth around 5c..

Also Financial District, Kokapet, Narsingi, Manchirevula areas are fast emerging as the next Posh areas of Hyderabad. Jubilee Hills Banjara Hills are becoming old, crowded and commercial and people want easy access to outer ring road

Property values pretty much doubled in an year after demonetization as people started dumping all their hoarded cash into real estate in fear of losing the value of currency.
