Velimala is good upcoming area. BHEL vadivi two places lo Akkada 600-700 villas coming. already Chala construct chesaru. My friends bought 2 yrs back for 75 lac 220 sqyrds lo villa. Possession e yr end anukunta. Ippudu 1.40 cr vundi.

Do not plan as a rental property, unless you have your own family closeby to observe and take 100% responsibility - which is difficult these days.

the best way for investment I learnt hardway is - buy lands NOT in hot property areas, but those ones which will be hot in 5 to 10 yrs time. That is the time you will have ideas and plans to go back or return for good.
