Market is overpriced now.. it is artificial due to low interest rates and lack of new construction and increasing demand..

I think it will slow down next year as many hospitality and retail/restaurant businesses will shut down due to Covid..

Too much price now

Everyday the builders are increasing 1000 dollars and selling only 2 houses per community. They are encashing the situation. Frisco lo 650k base price .
