I think SC/ST attrocites act  is compulsory wrong caselu peduthunnaru but avi chaala takkuva  genuine cases lo kooda vallaki justice ravatam ledhu because  of power and money from upper castes. cities lo peddaga kanipinchadhu gaani villages matram daarunam gaa untai especially in UP more importantly no of courts, staff, judges, fast track courts etc are need of the hour.

No it's conviction rate is so low bcoz most cases tend to be fake,so u cannot convict a person based on fake charge
