Everyone is getting educated.

No one is willing to work in farms.

I know one guy who left the job in US and doing farming right now. Tg lo farming chesina cheyakapoyina raithu bandhu vosthundhi. Btech lu , mba lu chesina janalu kuda khaliga untunnaru... job chesina adhe 30K salary kadha ani

farmer and farm labor are two different things

farm labor is mostly uneducated however it would be good if farmers become educated. they could then become farm entrepreneurs. this would help farm productivity
