Hello - Let’s say you get $X after vendor and employer cuts. How much raise can you ask your client if they are willing to take FTE (after working for 5 years as contractor)? Also what other options can you negotiate during the current times.

I think your contract pay is irrelevant. You can ask the market value for the position/ your experience/technology.

It won’t work like that. Ask them range first and land in above middle. If they don’t provide range

ask market value by city... be if it’s same for everybody avi elagu vastyii
