So many regulations. Each trip may cost any where from a 1000 to 3000 for ground transport.

Their costs are also high. We look at it as Uber but they are basically at least 2 paramedics who can save your life and an additional driver in some cases.

Business costs like leasing an office, buying and maintaining ambulances, paying salaries to the staff,.... 

Everything comes from mango people pockets.
