In my humble honest opinion, whoever has sent you message is not the matter but what are the consequent actions triggered because of that

1) he wants you to react- life is determined 80% by how you react and act - my suggestion - delete his message and do what you do while you do. No one better knows what you do than yourself and facts cannot be altered by someone dumping garbage in your back yard

 

2) delete this post or alter the text you posted saying thank you for the person who helped you realize how to react because it gives you happiness while the person will rot and be consumed by none other than his own dubious anger 

3) world reacts in stranger subconscious way and depends on how much good you do directly or indirectly, believe me, you would be or you should be rewarded in time for all you do as no one else takes the time and pain to bring forth what you bring in terms of knowledge that is power.
