Rakesh master was active as a choreographer in tollywood more than 10 years ago.. He was the initial guru of sekhar master who was the choreographer for many recent hits like khaidi no 150, ala vaikunthapurramuloo etc., He stopped getting offers 10 yrs ago for reasons I am not sure of. He says people started ignoring him after he challenged the domination of arava dance masters but I am not sure how true that is. It could be also because of his abusive behavior towards his students and others (amma na boothulu thidathadanta).

10 yrs nundi chinna chinna dance projects chesthu, classes chepthu bathikesthunnadu. Offers taggina tarvata drinking baga alavataindi. Ee madhya dabbulu takkuvaiyyo emo, he has become active on youtube, asking people for donations towards corona. Allegations are that he spends most of that money on himself for drinking and other stuff. 

Ika picchi vishayaniki vasthe, I think he has a mental illness (probably bipolar disorder) underlying his abusive behavior, heavy drinking and instability. Taagi wife and kids ni chava kotte vaadanta. Monna taagudiki liver 10gesi operation kuda ayyindi.
