Hi Guys,

Nen apartment lease break cheyalsi vastundhi.. community is asking for 2 months rent to break the lease.. which is like $3200.. Negotiate cheyadaaniki try chesthunna.. This is the first time nen lease break cheyadam.. I have no idea general ga entha adugutharu ani community vallu.. Any suggestions or ideas to negotiate..??

Find someone who can take over the rest of your lease for a discount from you and have the lease agreement amended.

Ne lease agreement lo edi unte, ade charge chestaru. It wont be anything different

Usually if you lose a job and you are leaving the country they waive the charges... if you fall under one of these then talk to them... or find a person who can sublease from you...
