It was clear plot to loot the public money. As per the original Govt rules, only the companies having experience in India were eligible. Aurbindo was not eligible. So YSRCP Govt amended that rule through GO accepting company having expiernece in abroad or an Indian company partnered with a company abroad which has experience in the ambulance services. Aurbindo had partnership with UK company and Govt released the GO and the decks were cleared to loot the public money by Vijay Sai Reddy to his son-in-law. Quote
